Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re entering your child’s date of birth, please use the calendar picker rather than typing it in manually. If you need to type the date, please enter it in the American format: MM/DD/YY. If you’re still having trouble, please get in touch and we’ll help you through it.
Payment is taken every four weeks by direct debit using GoCardless. Once you receive your confirmation email, there will be a link to set this up.
We require two weeks’ notice to cancel your place.
Babies can start at any age, but we recommend waiting until they have had their 12-week vaccinations.
