Zone Well offers dynamic, engaging first aid courses that combine solid foundational knowledge with hands-on learning. Their approach is to make training interactive and memorable, using a mix of activities and practical scenarios to reinforce learning.

First Aid At work

This comprehensive three-day First Aid at Work course equips learners with the skills and confidence to handle a wide range of first aid emergencies safely and effectively. 

 

Covering everything from CPR and choking to fractures, burns and medical conditions like asthma and diabetes, it’s ideal for anyone responsible for workplace safety.

 

The course includes at least 18 hours of training, practical assessments and a written test, leading to a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work, valid for three years.

 

 

Perfect for businesses of all sizes, we can deliver training at our Kent centre or at your workplace for convenience.

Emergency First Aid At work

Our Emergency First Aid at Work course delivers essential life-saving skills over one full day, giving you the confidence to act swiftly in a workplace emergency. You’ll learn how to respond to heart attacks, choking, major bleeding, shock, and more – all in a format that is practical, hands-on and designed for real situations.

 

Successful completion awards you with a valid Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, typically recognised for three years.

 

We offer flexible delivery: you can attend at our Smarden facility or we’ll bring the course to your workplace, making it as convenient as possible.

Paediatric First Aid

Our Paediatric First Aid course is a thorough two-day programme designed for anyone caring for babies and children – whether in nurseries, schools, clubs or at home. You’ll gain confidence in managing common childhood emergencies such as choking, seizures, asthma attacks, bleeding, burns and head injuries.

The training combines hands-on practice with scenario work and assessments, resulting in a nationally recognised Paediatric First Aid certificate, valid for three years.

Courses can be held at our Smarden facility or delivered on location at a venue of your choice, making it easier for you to access essential child-care safety training.

Emergency Paediatric First Aid

Our Emergency Paediatric First Aid course is a one-day, intensive training designed for anyone caring for infants and children. You’ll learn how to respond swiftly to life-threatening situations such as choking, unresponsiveness, bleeding, seizures and burns in young patients.

 

The course focuses on essential techniques including child and infant CPR, recovery position, managing shock and bleeding, and how to spot warning signs in paediatric emergencies. On completion, you’ll receive an accredited emergency paediatric first aid certificate, typically valid for three years.
